It is with deep sorrow and regret that we inform you of the passing of our President and Founder, Leszek Gierszewski. He passed away on December 4, 2025, leaving behind not only the company he built from the ground up but also a vision that has set industry standards for years.

This is a difficult time for all of us, both for his family and for the entire Drutex community. President Gierszewski was a visionary whose life’s passion was this company and its people.

He always emphasized that the strength of Drutex lies in its people. The best way to honor his memory is to continue his work with the same dedication and commitment that he demonstrated every day.

Drutex S.A. is fully secured by its existing and legally sanctioned governing bodies. The company operates within a stable legal and organizational framework, ensuring the safety and continuity of all processes.

The responsibilities related to managing the company are carried out by a three-member Management Board, consisting of:

    Dr. Kamila Gierszewska - Vice President of the Management Board

    Damian Dworek - Member of the Management Board

    Kamil Gierszewski - Member of the Management Board

This body holds full authority and mandate to make decisions and ensure the continuity of all operational activities.

Leszek Gierszewski always acted in the best interest of the company and its security. In accordance with his wishes, all shares of Drutex S.A. became the property of his wife, Kamila Gierszewska, who has co-managed the company with him for many years. This matter has been clearly regulated and is legally undisputed, thereby ensuring the continuity and security of Drutex S.A.’s ongoing operations. Kamila Gierszewska is the sole shareholder of Drutex S.A.
