DRUTEX is extending its offer with the modern lift & slide HS system

DRUTEX, the biggest window and door producer in Europe, is extending its offer with the modern lift & slide IGLO-HS system. The system is manufactured basing on DRUTEX own 7-chamber profile technology, and it constitutes a perfect solution for the trendy large-size terrace and balcony glazing. HS doors stand out for their elegant design, typical for modern interiors, and they ensure comfortable usage.

The system is equipped with a velour sealing, unique on the market, which up to now has been used by world car manufacturers in order to improve the thermal parameters. Never before has it been used by a woodwork producer.

IGLO-HS System which is made of high-quality class A profiles produced exclusively of primary material, represents an innovative, original solution from DRUTEX S.A. The new product is the perfect solution for energy-efficient and passive houses due to its sealing technology, top-class profiles and optimal construction.

The cutting-edge technology enables to create glazing of maximum surface even up to 6500x2600cm, which ensures the perfect access to natural light and it facilitates the interior design, maintaining the stability, functionality and lightness of the structural elements. Sliding of the huge sashes does not require significant effort thanks to the tailor-made fittings and two independent guide rails, and, owing to the stable structural elements, the usage safety is guaranteed even with the sash weighing 400kg.

The doors have the low aluminium threshold which prevents buckling between the door and the floor, and it enables to align the threshold with the floor. The special structure of the thermally separated threshold and the reinforcing profiles improves the thermal insulation and creates a barrier against thermal bridges.

Additionally, the system frame and sash are equipped with special velour seals, uncommon with other woodwork producers, which are wide-spread among world car concerns. They improve the system parameters regarding energy-efficiency, sound insulation, and they prevent the sticking of the seals in low temperatures.

„The lift & slide system created by DRUTEX is a response to Clients’  expectations regarding modern and elegant constructions. The doors are characterized by the 7-chamber profile made exclusively of primary materials, and the cutting-edge EPDM velour sealing system which represents a novelty on window and door woodwork market. The material that was applied improves the parameters regarding thermal insulation and tightness.” – says production Director at DRUTEX S.A.

Doors in lift & slide HS system stand out for their inimitable design and elegance owing to the high-quality profiles, wide colour range and elegant accessories. The unique style of the system is emphasized by the aluminium handles, hand-rails and knob-handles. The combination of various models and diverse colours offers the opportunity to create individual style.

IGLO-HS system from DRUTEX has been offered since January this year, and the world premiere takes place at the Munich trade fair on 19-24 January.
