DRUTEX – the best employer

The ranking has been prepared by Forbes, in cooperation with Statista, coauthor of the most famous „Best Employers” overviews worldwide. This year ranking encompasses 300 companies. They are the  absolute forefront of Polish business. And DRUTEX is at the very top. We have won in the Construction category, and in the general ranking we came 18^th.

In the 17-thousand Bytów we currently hire 3850 staff. Presently we are looking for IT experts, engineers, constructors, people with good command of foreign languages, as well as workers for the production of windows, doors and roller shutters, since demand for our products is constantly increasing. We offer attractive conditions and job stability, as well as extensive social package.  For years we have been one of the biggest and most valued employers in Pomerania. We are still developing. Our new office building, covering over 5 thousand m2, will be ready this year. We will also launch the construction of a new production hall of 75 thousand m2. Which translates into increasing production capacity as well as employment. Only in the last few years we have allocated hundreds of millions PLN to investment.
