Drutex once again is the partner of the ‘Christmas Playing with Kuba’
On 28 December in Częstochowa ‘Christmas Playing with Kuba’ -a charity football tournament - takes place for the third time. It is organized by the ‘Human Gesture’ Foundation by Jakub Błaszczykowski. Drutex, just like in the previous editions, is the partner of the event.
The event consists of two parts. The first one is the football tournament for the Częstochowa President Cup, with teams that comprise friends of Kuba Błaszczykowski. The participation has been already confirmed by: Anna Wyszkoni, Anita Włodarczyk, Joanna Jędrzejczyk, Paweł Małaszyński, Piotr Gruszka, Liber, Marcin Wasilewski, Paweł Zatorski and Mateusz Bieniek. The second part of the ‘Christmas Playing…’ is a concert by the artists of the Polish hip-hop scene, including: Eldo, O.S.T.R., Z.B.U.K.U, Małach & Rufuz, KaeN and TEDE. The total income from the event will be donated for help for the beneficiaries of the ‘Human Gesture’ foundation by Kuba Błaszczykowski.

The ‘Human Gesture’ foundation deals with i.a. : financing the treatment and rehabilitation of ill children and it helps to fulfill dreams of the youngest ones who are in a difficult financial situation. Last year its activity was appreciated by the jury of the 83rd ‘Przegląd Sportowy’ Plebiscite that awarded the foundation with the champion title in the ‘Heart for Sport’ category.
Apart from the ‘Christmas Playing…’, the flagship event organized by the foundation is the Summer Kuba Cup – a football tournament for the youngest ones where 32 amateur junior teams from all over Poland compete in the final. Drutex is also involved in in organization.
