Drutex sponsors the „Christmas playing with Kuba"

Drutex, for the 4th time, is the sponsor of ‘Christmas playing with Kuba’. The leading producer of window woodwork in Europe has been involved for years in supporting the ‘Human Gesture’   Foundation by Jakub Błaszczykowski and the initiatives it organizes. The event, held on 28 December in Częstochowa, will host a charity football tournament and a concert of hip-hop stars. 

- We have repeatedly engaged in this and other initiatives organized by Kuba Błaszczykowski. We aim to support actions that are in line with positive values and a noble cause – helping sick and disabled children. We are happy to donate means that will brighten Christmas time for children and will develop their passions – said Adam Leik, marketing director at Drutex.

The event consists of two parts. The first one is the football tournament with the participation of i.a.: Joanna Jędrzejczyk, Kajetan Kajetanowicz, Paweł Małaszyński, Janusz Panasewicz, Agnieszka Radwańska, Aneta Włodarczyk, Anna Wyszkoni, Bartosz Zmarzlik. The second part ’ is a concert by the artists of the Polish hip-hop scene, including KAEN, FEJZ, POKACHONTAZ, JEDEN OSIEM L, PLAN BE, OSTRY/BEZIMIENNI, O.S.T.R.  The total income from the event will be donated for help for the beneficiaries of the ‘Human Gesture’ foundation by Jakub Błaszczykowski.

Drutex has repeatedly been involved in events organized by the ‘Human Gesture’ foundation. All such actions are inherent in Drutex activity, and helping the needy stems from the company philosophy. The company sponsorship activity is an element that strengthens brand recognition in Poland. ‘As a company with global range, we always remember that we don’t operate in a vacuum. That is why each year we are involved in numerous charity actions’ – adds Adam Leik.

The ‘Human Gesture’ foundation deals with financing the treatment and rehabilitation of ill children and it helps to fulfill dreams of the youngest ones who are in a difficult financial situation. Apart from the ‘Christmas playing with Kuba’, another flagship event held by the foundation is the Summer Kuba Cup - a football tournament for the youngest ones. Drutex is also involved in in organization.

‘Christmas Playing with Kuba’ takes place on 28 December this year at 5 p.m. in the Sports Hall in Częstochowa.
