DRUTEX among best employers in Poland

Drutex, the leading producer of window and door woodwork in Europe, is one of the best employers in Poland. It has been confirmed by a ranking commissioned by Forbes. Drutex took 77th position out of 1800 companies that employ more than 250 staff, whereby in the ‘Construction’ category it took 5th position.

The research covered ca. 1800 companies operating in Poland. – Three hundred shortlisted entities are the  top of the top, the very best. The companies, should – even must – be observed and followed in their employee-friendly solutions – say the authors of the Forbes survey.

Drutex in Bytów, a town with 17 000 inhabitants, currently employs 3850 staff.  It is worth mentioning that in the times of Covid-19 pandemic, very difficult for the economy when numerous companies have been struggling with huge problems and facing lay-offs, just since May last year the Bytów company has employed another 550 people. And it is still on the prowl for new ones, especially IT specialists,  automation technicians, programmers, engineers or staff with good command of foreign languages. The company offers very good employment conditions, as well as comprehensive benefits package, such as nursery and kindergarten subsidy, multisport cards, pension scheme etc. In order to enhance work comfort Drutex is currently executing a 50-million worth investment – the construction of a modern office building. The work will be completed in September.
