Tomorrow, on 3 February in the DoubleTree by Hilton Warsaw will take place the ‘Piłka Nożna’ weekly gala. It is undeniably one of the most important annual events in Polish football. Drutex again is the main partner of the event organized by Profus Management. The gala will be broadcast on Polsat Sport, starting at 7:30 pm.

During the ceremony we will learn the names of the winners in 9 categories, among others: the Footballer of the Year, the Discovery of the Year and the Coach of the Year. The editors of the ‘Piłka Nożna’ weekly will also reward the most spectacular figure of Polish football, that is the Man of the Year. 

We have been a partner of Polish football for many years, on numerous levels. Apart from the annual involvement in the ‘Piłka Nożna’ weekly gala we are also the single, name sponsor of the 1^st-league Drutex-Bytovia Bytów. We also run a football school where ca. 300 people train, and we support a lot of initiatives that promote this great sport discipline. It is not a secret that football prevails in our marketing activity. But football is an exceptional sport and its main value is fair play, which is in line with values we respect on everyday basis in business – says Adam Leik, marketing director at Drutex.    

2017 undeniably marks a success of the Polish national team in the qualifications for the World Cup that starts in Russia in a few months. We hope that our team will play as well as at Euro 2016.
