Drutex has a new Sales Director for the Polish market

DRUTEX, one of Europe’s largest manufacturers of doors and windows, is strengthening its sales team. Adam Kawelczyk has joined the company – a manager with nearly 30 years’ experience in the construction and doors and windows sector, who has taken up the position of Sales Director responsible for the Polish market.

Over nearly three decades of his professional career, Adam Kawelczyk has gained experience at leading companies in the doors, windows, garage doors and cladding systems sectors. He has worked for, amongst others, DWD Częstochowa, WIŚNIOWSKI, ASSA ABLOY Mercor Doors, Polstar Doors, Sklepy Komfort and WIKĘD, where he most recently held the position of Sales Director.

He specialises in building and developing sales structures, devising sales strategies and fostering long-term relationships with business partners. In his work, he successfully combines sales expertise with experience in product development and the implementation of new solutions tailored to market needs. In his spare time, he is passionate about travel, chess and modern SMART technologies.
